Good base for rest, recommended. The great staff helps you in any way. Canyons district was worth visiting.

Really accommodating staff and amazing service. Give kudos to valet. Our accommodation was set in a central location. On-site restaurant Drafts Burger Bar was a bonus, had dinner there.
That water was missing.

Convenient to the ski slopes at Canyons. A lot of amenities.

The location is good, beautiful property and surrounding area.
Some things are getting old. Vertical blinds on sliding door were broken. Microwave didn't work properly, panel for air cond. In bedroom kept falling off, TV's were flat screen digital but the signal coming in was analog. TV's didn't work well. Kitchen area seating was old and dirty looking.

a little confusing to get around. has ski boots locker services on 4th floor, kids club on 5th, valet ski services on 6th. Would be more convenient if all guest services were one next to the other on the same floor

We love the location and it is a beautiful facility
The maid service knocks on your door an hour before checkout time and then stands outside your door until you leave. Checkout time is too early anyway

The room was lovely
The room was lovely and we would stay there again but need sheets that fit the bed. They came off every night around the corners and the mattress pad also so woke up every morning sleeping on the bare mattress. Kept putting them back on but would not stay. Also sheets are very stiff and make so much noise when you turn over etc that it actually wakes up the other person. That is my only complaint . .get some nice soft sheets that fit the bed.

The hotel was very close to the lifts. The kitchen was well equiped.
The room was for 4 perons. The room was extremely small and better suited for 2. There were no space for coats and boots. There was no chairs or dining table so you had to sit in the sofa for dinner. There was an extra fee for wi-fi.

I really appreciated the shuttle vans the took us to the places we needed to go and picked us up. That was great not worrying about driving and finding a place to park. The price of the suite was also very reasonable.

Our stay was short but the kitchen was very nice and well equipt.
The beds were hard. The pullouts had plastic covers on them with was comforting to know they were clean but they were very noisy to sleep on.
